Have you tried using a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari?
You can also try clearing cache/cookies and disabling any ad blocker.
It can work better on PC rather than mobile phone.

Do your friend have a data package? Because I heard that you cannot receive date if you dont!6

According to Fizz's own post, you cannot gift gifts. If you receive a 500mb, 1gb or anything else gift you must use it and cannot gift it to anyone else.4
