how to reset sim card confirmation?

So I started the sim card activation process in my "manage plan" page, trying to link it to a plan that I already have, after entering in the confirmation code it prompted me again if I wanted to confirm the code, I thought about it for a few mins and I clicked "cancel" instead of confirm, but when I went to and put my code in there it stated that the code was already linked to an account when I didn't

How do I fix this?

Go on this page, if you are not connect login

Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon

Your can also send a message by facebook and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

You can also fill a contact form
From the panel My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited)
