I changed my plan on 9th of April, 2019 due to the beta was over, why today I checked the plan stays on experience one and no change's?
You new plan will come to effect at your next billing cycle. If you have more question however you can contact the Fizz costumer support!

I've heard of this happening before. You'll have to contact Fizz directly, but first you should make sure that your initial request actually went through. You would have received a new contract by email if it worked.
