A charge of 46 CAD has been placed on my credit card. I don't know what that is about. There is no customer line to call and enquire, how do I go about finding this?

What is being active on a help page even mean? There is no direction inside the portal to seek customer service support.

Hi Akshay as per Sergio's reply you will see the bubble icon appear to chat with a Fizz rep on the resolving issues page. It will not appear if there are too many people waiting in the queue to speak to a rep. The other alternative is to try sending a msg through there facebook page.

Have you checked your transaction history under “My plans”? It may contain some information about what the charge is about.
