Can't send and receive picture with text message?

I use iphone 6s. Used to be with Rogers and then chatr, work fine with picture sending over SMS. Switch to Fizz now, but I can't send and receive pictures. Can't find a phone number to talk to any people. Very frustrated.

    This is likely an issues with your APN settings, please verify they have been entered correctly and you didn't mistype a dot for a comma. Then reboot your phone and test again and it should work as long as the settings are correct.
    Fizz APN settings are:
    APN: mobile.bm
    MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
    MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
    MMS port: 80
    APN type: default,mms,supl

    Also this seemed to help in my case. Manually edit both APN settings to change "APN protocol" and "APN roaming protocol" to "IPv4/IPv6"

    Data has to be turned ON to send or receive MMS.

    Hello N,
    In order to be able to send and receive MMS you will need to have a data plan and unlimited messages.
