Speed Option fo 120 mbps?

I chose to opt for the 12o mbps speed option offered a while back. I use different speedtest options to check on my Internet speed and get up to 70+ mbps only.

HOW can I do whatever is needed to get the 120 mbps working.

See my speedtest, done a while ago from the Videotron site, their own test proves the speed I get is not equal to what I pay for...

Did you choose 60/10 first and then you changed to 120/20?
Some customer had to talk to Fizz to get the right speed as the update was not automatic

Try with the Fizz app. It measures the speed at the modem. After if the speed is not correct try to restart your modem, check if you’re on 5Ghz if you are on wifi and if you have an Ethernet cable that allow that speed. (The one that come with the modem don’t)
