Incoming Text Messages sent for authentification purposes not getting tru FIZZ Network

Automatic Authentification codes sent from Paypal to me via SMS cannot get thru the FIZZ Network. They sent me 5 SMS and I received none of them. How can this be fixed?

A few known issues currently being worked on:

Text messages (SMS) sent by certain companies, such as Microsoft and Google to name a few, are not received.

Certain devices connected to a Wi-Fi network are not able to send or receive multimedia messages (MMS). 

Some services do not work optimally when roaming internationally (outside the U.S.A., varies according to the destination).

This is one of the known problems, announced on their launch/stabilisation period page, that Fizz is still working on. Short code texts/2FA don't work from all companies. It will be fixed eventually (we hope), but this has been ongoing since last October, so don't hold your breath waiting or anything.

This is a known issue. Fizz is already aware and working on it.
