How to cancel sim card order?

I have just ordered a sim card for my friend from my account. Now I create a profile for him and I want to cancel former order and make new one from his account. What should I do to cancel the order?

Hi Mohammadreza,

The sim order cannot be cancelled, sorry. If however you are referring to a plan that you already activated for your friend from your account you can cancel the line and be refunded for the plan if it's still in the first 15 days since the activation. You can then activate the sim from a different account but with a different number.

The SIM cards ship very quickly and it is extremely unlikely that you can cancel them once ordered. However they can be sold to others and activated on a new account by anyone else willing to buy it off you. You can try to post on Kijiji and see if someone is interested

You can always reach out to support to try to negotiate a refund but it's very unlikely since they SIM cann't be returned and is still valid even if you cancelled your order.
