Data add-on is not showing being used despite using data in Asia, why?

I've been in Tokyo for a few days, bought a 500mb travel add-on, been using data for the last few days and it still says I have 500mb left. I'm worried that I turned on roaming, used data and I will get a huge bill. Can someone tell me what's going on?

You won't get a huge bill because Fizz is prepaid. They have been having some problems with displaying data usage since the April 2 outage. If you're concerned, use your phone to track data usage. But, at worst, your data will just abruptly stop working if you run out, you will not come home to a huge bill.

These is currently an issue with data reporting for some users, me included. The only way right now to track your own usage is with your phone.
