You need to log onto your account. You can reach Fizz via chat bubble on bottom right of screen.

Just to elaborate on the previous message, in Ottawa, I am not getting any phone or SMS. I do have data service. Showing strong signal.
Actually, it's working now but it didn't seem to work for the past 30 minutes at least.
