Why did I not get my referral credit three months later?

When I signed up I used a friend's referral code and I have not seen any rebate yet and it's three months later. Whats the deal with that? Was it a fake promotion to attract more customers??

If you have received the confirmation during the subscription and you see under the referral bonus, contact the support
