Service is Suspended...

Fizz did not charge me for my payment, and then they sent me an email saying that my account is suspended. I've tried to update my paying method but nothing works! I only have 24h to fix this, please help!

Some people have mentioned having thier known good cards not renew properly. They seem to fix the issue by removing and readding the credit card and it has been reported to work again. You can try to remove and readd the payment card and see if it helps. If not you will have to contact support via facebook messenger or the chat bubble.

Log onto your account. You will find a link to update your payment and then make your payment.

You can also go to the email about your payment having failed. From those emails, there will be a link to "Update your payment" and then "Make a payment". If that doesn't work, contact Fizz via chat.

After having removed and re-enter your credit card, contact them in order to be sure that everything is correct
