Can't gift the compensation data?

Fizz said we can gift our compensation data received from the outage (2x1GB). But when I try to gift (after activating my bonus 1GB), it says the error: "Fizz said we can gift our compensation data received from the outage. But no can do."

    Probably is a new rule.
    However, I already saw people posting in order to gift this data. But I do not know if the transaction went well.

    Could it be that it is only applicable on the next billing period??? Like an upgrade I received and when I applied it said it would only be effective in the next billing period.

    If you activated it, you cannot gift it. If your're talking about the 2nd 1gb data then, if not activated, you should be able to gift it. Contact chat support if it's not working.

    Same thing with me! I am trying to give 500mb bonus data but it doesn't work...So no can do!
