Service is suspended?

I had to cancel my old credit card because of fraudulent activity. I thought I had put in my new information but i missed a step which I now fixed. Unfortunately i got an email saying my payment failed which is how i know i missed a step. How long before you retry the payment and i get my service back. This is my only phone. Or can I do a manual Payment? I didn't see that option though

Log onto your account. You will find a link to update your payment and then make your payment.

You can also go to the email about your payment having failed. From those emails, there will be a link to "Update your payment" and then "Make a payment". If that doesn't work, contact Fizz via chat.

  • Vous devez être sur une fiche d'aide. https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
  • Vous devez être durant les heures d'ouverture du Service client: du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 21h (HNE), les fins de semaine et jours fériés de 10h à 18h (HNE).
  • Tout bloqueur de publicité de votre navigateur doit être désactivé.
