SIM not received

I requested and paid for an extra SIM for my wife, having gotten mine and started using but the system showed it was delivered bit not yet received.

I know for my sim deliveries there was a tracking code with Canada Post. You should be able to check your tracking and see if it says it was delivered. If you don't receive it, contact support and they should be able to resend a new sim card
