Cannot connect to router from time to time via mobile app or browser?

Hello,

The router usually works fine, but from time to time I cannot login to the router via mobile app or browser. The Internet is fine during that time. I just cannot manage my router, it seems the internal web server is down. The issue lasts for different times – sometimes I can login in 5 min, sometimes in a day. I cannot do any thing to solve it. I tried to restart the router, to clear the cache of mobile app, re-install the mobile app – nothing helps. Does anybody else have the same issue? Any ideas how to fix it?
