mobile data?

hello! first of, thanks everyonefor constantly providing help and advice. is anyone else still without the data part of their plan? my phone / text plan is back in business, but i still have no data

Probably you already tried.
But, can you try to put the phone in airplane mode after 30 seconds disable it.
And please check the APN, probably remove them, and ask to receive the sms for the configuration again.
Someone reported also to remove the sim from the phone and reinsert.
