The sime usually comes very fast one or two day max so as long as you activate it by the 11th your are safe4

Simply, basically and sadly.... you can't.

As a reference point... I ordered one friday night (April 5) and received it in Quebec City by Canada Post today (April 9).

So you need to activate them ASAP when you received them, preferably before the 12....

If you already ordered the SIMs, you will receive them in time.
You have to activate before end of day April 11th to qualify for Introductory prices.

Where are you located ? If you are in Montreal you should be good, I received mine within 2 business days.2
