LTE consumption - stuck?

My LTE consumption shows I have 1.93gb left for my billing cycle. But it’s been more than a week that it shows that I have that amount left to use...
Is there any way to update the number? Am I the only person affected? Thanks!

Yes, many of us have noticed that the consumption chart on their website has been stuck since the outage last Tuesday, April 2. Use your phone to keep track of your data. It is not known if it is a display issue or an actual tracking issue.

Data consumption tracking has been wonky at times.

After the April 2 outage, it is not updating at all.

You can check tracking on your phone to review usage.
