how can I update vpn settings with blackberry bold 9780?

I'm trying to update my vpn settings in my blackberry bold 9780 but cannot find the blackberry vpn settings on the website or how to input them in to my device. Does anyone else have this issue?

    We already have pretty limited tech support for iPhones and androids , i doubt there's any support for blackberry users since they probably represent 0.1% of the customers.
