Credit Card billed amount different from monthly bill?

I recently had Fizz bill my credit card an amount that doesn't match my monthly bill. Anyone else experienced this? I did recently switch from beta prices to introductory prices on my mobile plan, but the amount bill still doesn't add up.

To see receipt and details of all your bills, logon to your account.

Select "MY PLANS" on the left, then select "TRANSACTION HISTORY" on right side

You will see all bills related to that plan. Click on 1 line to open that bill.

You will see the amount charged to your credit card.

someone posted the same question but they did not included the taxes and 911.
But if you considered everything you should contact the support in order to be fixed.
It happens to other people to have problem with the charges.

You should contact Fizz about that if the amount is significative, but as suggested by Mike it could be the 911 charges.

I got charged 3 dollars more, nothing to do with taxes and 911 fee, check your bill and if this is not correct the best way is to open a ticket, you will get an answer in about 3 days (my case)
