I cannot change my address to purchase new SIM Cards, is there a glitch?

When I select 5 Sim cards and go through the steps, I cannot change the shipping address or the credit card information!

To edit your adress, go to your plan :

  1. Go to My Account, in Your plans
  2. Go to Manage my plan.
  3. Click on Change home address.

however,

 

Your shipping address is the address where you would like to receive deliveries. If you are away from home during the day, you may prefer to have your SIM or other hardware delivered to your workplace. The shipping adress should be in the subscription area.
