Can’t connect network

Hi I bought SIM card on this week
I tried to use data network and text messages service but it doesn’t work
Also I tried all the solutions of your site. Then I tried to update my iPhone X and reset my network. I checked my phone, and
I did my best, but it doesn’t work
How can I connect to the data?
The only thing I can do is to make and receive calls.
