mobile plan change blocked?

i was about to change mobile plan before beta test end in next 2 days. But Fizz sent me an email this morning at last moment automaticaly carrying over my current plan to next month, which i dont agree with the charging of $$. This is not early notification from Fizz. This is choosing plan on my behalf without my agreement. I am not happy with this. I tried to adjust plan myself but is currently blocked to do that, saying some change req to be processed, but thats not my request. Fizz pls fix it asap. Thx.
