unable to receive and call someone, need help asap
If your payment was yesterday, it sounds like something might have been messed up on the permissions in your account. You'll have to try and contact Fizz customer service via FB messenger or chat bubble.

Can you send/receive texts?
Is data working?
Were phone calls working before today?
Was today/yesterday your payment date?

And yes i can use data but not Text and calls
