Normal Speedtest Cellular Data Usage?

So I ran a speedtest after signing up with Fizz mobile service to see how fast the LTE was. I was surprised of the 202mb of data it consumed. Anyone have any experience using speedtests and how much data it usually takes to run one? If one just has 1GB of data per month he would want to avoid doing numerous speedtests.
