I joined Fizz for about 2 weeks but I've already had 2 major outages. On top of that, I couldn't find the chat bubble to talk to a customer service rep. What is going on Fizz??
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

I used 10 mins ago without any problem
If you have any adblock extensions in your browser, you need to remove it or add fizz to the whitelist.. If not, the Fizz Chat Bubble will be blocked.
Just file a complaint from you account. Fizz will respond to your request fast.
It also doesn't work for me neither. I don't have any blockers. How do you file a complaint?
