Iphone 6S, shows Fizz LTE Full bars... but no internet connection. Not able to run Speed Test, browse internet or send/receive message via apps. Is the service down again?

Reboot Helped, but LTE speed test shows 37.3 mbs down 14.4 up. Kinda slow for LTE no?
I have no LTE for the past 48h and im unable to contact their crappy support. Reboot, plane mode, nothing reset network provider setting to default.....nothing helped

Just test VoIP call over LTE network, work fine for me.

Just did a reboot and it helped.
There has not been any wide-spread issue today.
The problem might be with your phone. You should clear the cache, check to see if your APN parameters have changed as a result of yesterday outage, and reboot your phone. When I active my cellular data, the LTE shows up but when I surf the internet, a message pops up saying I need to connect to wifi, I don't have network tried rebooting too. Nothing is working. Calls, Texting works but can't receive message for google or outlook 2 step verification codes. calling works.
