My cell phone activated from yesterday until now(24h) it does not activate yet? what do I do?

Yesterday was not a normal day as there was an outage on the network.
This being said, you need to make sure that the activation process was successful.
Did you receive any email confirming your activation. Did you port any number over to fizz. if so, did you get any email or text from fizz. if not, maybe your activation did not go through because of the outage. I mean. I activate my sim card follow step by step on line from 11h00 yesterday but this morning around 5h00, I received a message from fizz, my card almost finish activate. Can you check for me?
