How do you change the number or rings before it goes to voicemail?

I tried going through all the menu options I would think of but I can't seem to find it!

    I found this as an instruction on the site: **61*+NUMBER-DE-MESSAGING-BKM*11*# number_of_seconds#
    Would this mean to enter: **61*15146470999*11*#10#
    Has anyone used it successfully? maybe I'm not doing it right because I'm getting a "server unavailable" message when I dial it.

    Options
    1) Open the phone app;
    2) Type the code **61*+15146470999*11*here_the_number_of_seconds#;
    3) Press the button to dial the number;
    4) The system will confirm if it's correct.
    P.S. The number of seconds must be a multiple of 5 between 5 and 30 seconds.
