Instabilities!?!?! That's an understatement! It's a FULL OUTAGE PEOPLE!!!
le plus tot possible SVP
Thanks for update. Please fix asap.
Come on people I was trying to make some calls here.
Fizzoutage is coming again!!! Watch out!!!
Please fizz fix this. Waiting for important calls
Guys,
I don't want extra data, I'd prefer have a reliable network...
Sure you guys noticed the outage after we posted several times but, this seems to be happening too often.
Please make a complete fix and found the root cause
In case this happens, why don't you use a fallback network?
Can people that use roaming at the moment can confirm if it is working or not now?
Guys, I use this phone for work.
It happens too often.
I'm off to a different net.
Not impressed, Fizz! I find myself shopping elsewhere for a new phone plan. Get your act together, please! We need service, not extra GB.
We cannot tolerate this every weeks... What is going on Fizz ?
Many of us will switch to another service provider...
Ouch! Two major outages in a very short time frame.. Fizz is unfortunately going to have customers transition to other providers!
Whatever you do, do not offer "2 Gigs of free Data" again. This is an insult to people who need their phones for work and already have all the data they need under their plan. On the last outage on March 25 I lost a full day's work as an Uber driver. Again today, I'm back home waiting for the network to come back up.
Seriously... Starting to be not reliable this service... When you're waiting for important calls and then this happens...
Yup. Network down again. It seems that this is the weekly outage. Getting used to it. Sad. Unreliable.
take your business seriously, ok? otherwise, i have to switch to a more reliable provided. i will get you a second chance.
You're making the news now... Embarrassing...

Mine is back on iPhone.
hoping you'll find ways to fix all that
Same here, I use my phone for work, this is REALLY troublesome.
I'm loosing way more $ than I am saving, 2GB of data really doesn't cut it. Mobile phone like internet is a critical service where uptime needs to be perfect. I don't mind a few dropped call here and there, but 15 hours outage every week is clearly not a professional service nor an acceptable one.
GO back in BETA and discount your service more until you actually have a reasonable uptime FIZZ.
Here we go again! Can they beat the 15hrs like last time?
Can we get a notification or a SMS when the service will be back on?
Whizz:
can you explain what is going on.
What happened last week and what is going now
can expect the same outage every week
Please try to solve that problem or you gonna lose clients.
Hope it's resolve soon.
Having us fallback onto say Videotron's network for roaming would at least allow people to have calls and texts. I would imagine this would be the most probably plan to have a fallback as Videotron is the parent company. Otherwise this is quite unacceptable for many users.
