My voicemail stopped working keeps asking me to enter my phone number. When will it be fixed?

I was told 10 days ago that Voicemail isn't working because my phone is on the Fizz-Ext network but they are fixing it. I am still out of town, when will this be fixed? I also see other mentioning this problem months ago with no fix.
(Fizz closed my previous question about this, I didn't - and they closed my ticket complaint question). I'd like them to provide some reference to a ticket that they are actually going to fix this problem.

    Yeah, the forum can not help you with this.
    You need to contact Fizz by chat.

    As I mentioned I already contacted them...
    they say they know it doesn't work and have been "fixing" it for months... ?!
    Apparently voice mail does not work on Fizz-Ext, but I don't see that listed anywhere so that you know that before you buy.
    The other annoying thing is aside from just not working - it plays the fizz customer stuff to the people that call you - so it actually plays the weird message to someone calling you (the message only you should hear saying "enter a phone number...its not recognized...").

    We know that we are not perfect, but we are really working hard so that we solve the issues you're encountering.
    This issue with the voicemail that is not working while on FIzz EXT is known and our teams are dedicated on solving it.
