Dose anyone know what caused the outage March 25th?
I asked on Facebook messenger, and did not get much:
ME: I am curious: does Fizz know exactly what caused the outage on March 25? And how to prevent such a recurrence?
Fizz: On March 25 was a little issue in our network.
ME: I do not think a little issue causes a 10 hour shortage.I just want to ensure that Fizz knows EXACTLY what happened, why, and how to prevent it from happening again in the future.
Fizz: Rest assured. Our technical team is well aware of this situation.
Not much help (or details).

It would be interesting to know but I really doubt they'll tell it.

I tried asking as well and they didn't know either... their opinion was that it was "just a fluke". i.e. the CS reps have no idea.
