Hey, planning on buying Fizz, but my ROGERS plan is not finished yet, does anyone know when it will launch so I can buy it before it gets more expensive?

Can I activate sign up today, but have service and billing start at a later date?

I still have a contract with my old provider that expires in mid-December. I would like to get Fizz all set up now, though, but only activate the plan when I'm ready to switch...
