How can I get a refund if I've changed my mind prior to installation?

Paid my internet first month plan on subscription but changed my mind. Now, I have no possibility to cancel my internet plan. Only the possibility to schedule an appointment ( which I don't need anymore )
Do I have to schedule the technician and then, tell him to cancel my inscription???
