Sim card stopped working?

My sim card stopped working yesterday. My network status is No SIM card- Emergency calls only.
I have already tested my phone with another SIM and of course I tried my SIM card with another phone. It looks like the SIM is F.U.
How do I get in touch with Fizz customer service? There is no popup chat and I do not have an facebook account.
Any ideas?

I tried 30 min ago and was working la chat, be sure to be connected

Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon

You can also fill a contact form
From the panel My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited)
