Account says Canada-wide plan, but cannot make calls to Ontario numbers?!?!

I made the adjustment to my plan of Canada wide calling after being unable to make calls to Ottawa/Ontario numbers. This has been added to my new billing cycle which started the 19th of this month. I am STILL unable to make calls to 613/343/ Ontario numbers! Getting real sick of having problems, as this is far from the first problem I’ve encountered with this company.
Any help would be appreciated.

    Munch plan states that I have Canada wide coverage. I’ve tried the numbers with and without +1.

    Is working with 1613 or +1613 I called Carleton University from mtl

    Then if you have the plan and it does not work contact the support
