Why can I not receive text messages?

I only receive messages from other people who are with Fizz.If i text people associated with other companies, they get my texts but I don't get theirs

I'm facing the same issue, the ticket that i had opened got closed because the Technical team said it was resolved but after rebooting it still didn't work. I contacted support again and they reopened the ticket.

My APN is set correctly and SMSC is the correct number

Hopefully soon it'll get resolved...
