If I go to adjust plan it shows the prices plus an extra dollar? any explanation? I can't get the original prices anymore?

I'm seeing the same thing in my account. I contacted customer support and they escalated this issue, it's been two weeks. I would suggest you do the same so that they have more than my case as an example.
For sure report it, in this way they will put more effort on it

I don’t know if this is related but in my case, the Voice Mail Option is automatically selected when I go in the upgrade section (even if I don’t currently have Voice Mail...) Coincidently, the upgrade just appears to cost 1$... Maybe that is the cause of your problem?
Then can be that.
