Roaming inside coverage zone , no internet?

Im on south shore of mtl with q quebec only plan, looked at phone, saw i was on fizz ext and roaming. Tried calling , was ok.But why wasnt my lte/internet working? There was no data coverage. Didnt last long before coming back to fizz but i was only wondering why i couldnt have data inside my coverage zone.

Didnt have time to reboot phone. Phone reboot = always first step.
