I just activated SIM card, but it seems I only can make outgoing call, can't receive any income call, what should I do?

Wait your old phone number be ported and you'll have full service , both in and out.
Porting old phone number might not be successful.

Maby your APN are not complètent setup yet !
I'm guessing you ported your number over.
The port happens in 2 steps. The port has been setup by Fizz. Now your old provider has to give up the number to Fizz. Once that happens, you'll have full sevice.
So, if you call your number now, it will probably ring with your old provider, as the port is not yet complete.
I had the same issue today. It’s not completely ported you have to wait 2-3 hours so you can get your full service
Don't worry, it happened to me too with 2 numbers.... it will take some time before they bring your number from your old carrier. Max 24h and it will be done, normally, it takes 2-4h.
