Are we getting compensated for yesterday ?

Still no news are compensation from yesterday’s full day of blackout ?
As anyone threaten to leave Fizz , what did support chat say ?

They have something built into our contracts that says as long as the service outage isn't longer than 48 hours, they don't need to provide compensation. I think they would want to to keep customers but I had no luck with that. I'll be paying a bit more with Fido or Koodo for a reliable network shortly. 12 hour outage with no bill credits is absurd when there are so many options out there. I read about people missing job interviews. Also very glad my car didn't break down.
