SIM card not delivered?

I ordered a SIM card and got an e-mail confirming delivery. Once I arrived home, there was nothing at the door. I contacted Planete Courrier and confirmed the delivery address was correct and they told me they had left it at the door and that, if it wasn't there, I should contact Fizz to order a new one. I checked with my neighbor's and no one had received it.
As per Fizz's tips, I have now placed a new order. I'm trying to contact Fizz to get a refund on the first SIM card, but I'm unable to contact them (no "chat bubble" at the bottom of the Solution Hub). Any suggestions?

You can click on the chat bubble only during the available hours (8 am to 9 pm | Week-end 10 am to 6 pm).

  1. Login into your account
  2. Click any subject/FAQ on the Solution-Hub
  3. Scroll down to the bottom
  4. If you don't see the chat bubble on the right corner within a minute, repeat the process.


If you repeated the process 2 or 3 times, wait 10 to 30 minutes before you try again or like the previous message said, you can use Facebook messenger:

If nothing works, you can always try to contact them with the "Contact forms" (4th option under the "My profile" within your account) and use the "Submit a complaint" subject.

Seems strange as in that picture there is a "signature". Regardless, I'd recommend trying to use Facebook Messenger, they always respond within a couple hours.

Seems SIM cards are being stolen more frequently.

Try to arrange delivery where someone will be available to receive it (work, family, friend, neighbor, etc)

They sticked mine on the wall our condo lobby...
