24hours. Where is the network ?

Where is the network ? this is awful ! EVEN THE CHEAPEST OF THE SUBCHEAPEST companies never had this problem !? Waiting for videotron technician to repair it ? Do they do it on purpose to quit fizz ? And finally will this happen again in the future ?

They would not want customers to leave and it is a possibility to have this same issue in the future considering that the service is still in beta stages. So far they are still working on fixing the network issue, not sure what happened to the network.

I managed to get data and phone service working for now with resetting my parameters but no texts yet
