How long should we wait to have our network back?

Since this morning, no update has been done. It is now more than 12 hours. How long should we wait for the problem to get fixed. I do not have any fixed line, so my only way for calling is my cell phone. Every 2 hours they just post that we are working on it!!!

same here, i have two lines with Fizz, none of them work.
i am losing my business.

I am so regretful to switch to Fizz from my previous provider. I should definitely consider to switch back.

Last outage lasted until 4 am if I recall correctly. That time I was able to make the occasional call by switching to Fizz_EXT but that doesn't seem to work this time.

and did you guys notice they removes the chat on fizz.ca and Facebook has no replies!

fizz support isn't saying saying much, any idea on why the network is down ?
