This isn't going to happen.

Network is down for me too. They better fix this soon or they will be losing a lot of new customers. They should give us a discount for this but they probably won't

I'd imagine more than a few people are looking to switch. Losing a full business day without service is unacceptable- luckily, I have a work phone to use. Even at these prices, you still need to provide a reliable service.
