No service problems?

My mobile phone has been no service from this morning and I have lots of tasks to do with my phone.
I have tested everything and reset my phone , pick out the sim card and again putt it on, even change the phone.But that is not working and I do not know what should I do.
My payment cycle is about days after.
I do not know what should I do.

Network is down for me too. They better fix this soon or they will be losing a lot of new customers. Any word on credits to our bills for this inconvenience?
