Several times we had network coverage and now more than 5 hours there is not any coverage for incoming and outcoming calls?

On Monday we experienced some issues with our network and we apologize for that. Now all our services are up and running.

For me, mobile service is completely down. Some areas like Ottawa still working.
Fizz must be doing a reset. Roaming doesn't work either now.
At least Fizz is posting updates to keep us informed every hour.

I keep a 2nd mobile line as backup with another provider. It's been pretty reliable also prepaid, similar to Fizz. I hope Fizz improves soon.
Service is down completely in Ottawa.
This is unacceptable on my side !!!!
I will ask for my monthly refund !
