The technician for internet installation never showed up what do I do now ? Can you just rescheduled it please to Friday the 30th between 8h am and 12h ? I started paying 10 days ago and have nothing installed yet...

Better to contact Fizz.

Doesn't make sense that you're already paying for something you don't have yet.

You can also check your appointment dates online.

Contact them to reschedule your installation. Once your installation is complete and Internet is up and running, Fizz will start counting down 31 days (billing cycle). For example, if you're installed the 30th of March, the next paiement will be withdrawn on the 30th of April.
