Can send MMS but not receive, why?

I read the comments but nothing worked. Can I please get help to fix this?

Did you configure the APN?
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

You can delete the network settings and enter it manually
You can also ask the system to send them, to do that you have to go to your account
My planes - Manage plan - Advanced Parameters - Resending the network parameters - Resend me the notifications.

Does that mean you already configured your APN settings ? Some people reported similar issues and it could either be APN settings or compatibility settings with Fizz network. Does SMS work on both ends ? How about swapping SIM cards with a family member. Will you then be able to receive MMS after the swap ?

If you just activate your plan recently then it may take a few hours before you can receive

I transferred my number 3 weeks ago, I manually inputted the APN, rebooted my cellphone. Initally the SMS did not work that got fixed, MMS, I am able to receive but not send.

Thanks for the same replies that are in the FAQ but I tried all of that and still nothing.
